Order

What is the current status of my order?

You can follow the current status of your order via chat. Click Chat with us under Track Order, you can enter your order information such as order number and email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are sent to our logistics as soon as we receive them. They run off and get your package ready for dispatch as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to stop the ordering process.

Can I add an item that I forgot to my order?

No, unfortunately subsequent changes are not possible. Alternatively, you can place another order and return the wrong order.

I made a mistake when ordering, what now?

Our internal processes are set up in such a way that we can ship your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, for this reason, we can no longer make any changes to the order once it has been received.

What payment methods does Skullstore accept?

We want to make shopping as convenient as possible for you. You can pay with TWINT, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Mastro, Visa, American Express, UnionPay and Shop Pay. (Companies and institutes can also order on account.)

I have received a reminder although I have already paid.

Thus, the reminder is no longer to be considered by you and has crossed with your payment receipt.

When will I receive my refund if I have returned items?

Processing returns can take up to 1-2 weeks. We will inform you as soon as your return has been processed.

How does the refund work for a return?

We will send the refund to the account/payment method you used to pay for the order. Make sure that you have registered your return with us.

How do I buy a gift card?

Just go to skullstore.ch and click on the search field in the upper right corner. Type gift card, select the item, and then select the value you want the gift card to be. Then you proceed as with a conventional purchase at Skullstore. Since we are a paper-free company, you will receive the gift card by email. You can easily add the voucher to your Apple Wallet so that it does not get lost.

How do I redeem a gift card?

First put your items in the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart, accept the terms and conditions and click on "Complete order". Now you can enter the code of your gift card on the right side.

How long is my gift card valid?

The gift card is valid indefinitely and has no expiry date.

Can I get my gift card refunded?

As gift cards are considered a form of payment, we cannot exchange them.

Can my gift card be combined with discounts?

Yes, the amount on your gift card is the same for us as any other means of payment, so one does not exclude the other.

Where do Skullstore products come from?

Our products are produced in Switzerland and Germany. (Part of the casts are imported from the USA and South Africa)

How do I know when a sold out item is back in stock?

Contact us and we will notify you as soon as the item is available again.
